Role Description:

1. Train student(s), teachers and clients based on various BeSingular curriculums.
2. Manage student expectations, maintaining student schedule, instituting accountability measures, and addressing student motivation and performance issues, as necessary.
3. Maintain accurate and complete records of the participant’s performance, attendance, and other pertinent information.
4. Serve as “sounding board” for student brainstorming and ideas.
5. Serve as student role model by modeling productive work habits, positive attitude, and effective professional relationships.
6. Maintain confidentiality according to regulations and procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned

Must Have Soft Skills:

1. Strong communication skills (TOEFL/IELTS standard required)
2. Up-to-date knowledge of common IT applications and systems Work effectively with partner and community organizations
3. Experience working with middle/high school youth and knowledge of child development.
4. Tutoring or Teaching experience in a classroom, or other education setting.

Must Have Technology Skills:

1. Proven experience of working on Visual Based Programming Language
2. Experience with application tools like Scratch, MIT App Inventor and Blockly

3. Proficiency with Python and basic libraries for machine learning such as scikit-learn and pandas
4. Understanding of Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Speech Recognition is must
5. Working experience on IBM or Google AI Services is a great add-on

1. Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
2. Deep knowledge of app development e.g., Android, iOS, etc.
3. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking
4. Familiarity with the JSON format
5. Proficiency in Kotlin/Flutter is required
6. Proven experience of production of applications on iOS and Android is required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Managing all inbound leads from FB, Google and other online campaigns.
2. Outbound calls to our existing customer for new programs
3. Close lead cycle to get subscriptions
4. Close Coordination with various centre heads and business head
5. Managing online calling platforms like Knowlarity or virtual receptionist

Qualification:

Postgraduate, Graduate with working experience

Experience:

Min 2 to 3 years of experience

Tech Skills:

1. Working knowledge of MS Office
2. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
3. Should have experience in back end office and reporting

Soft Skills:

1. Should be fluent in English
2. Good Communication Skills
